1. Making a reservation To make a reservation, please
send me an e-mail.

I will inform you availability of
my service as soon as posible by e-mail.
Once I have
received your payment, I will send you a final confirmation via e-mail.
2. Payment In order to confirm your reservation, a payment must be
made upon my invoice.
All payments must be taken in Japanese Yen.

3. Tour
cancellation
My service may be cancelled due to
a natural
disaster, civil,political unrest and/or war,
terrorism, changes to scheduled transport services, sickness
of the tour guide.
If I cancel your tour I will refund all money you have paid
to me but we will not be liable to compensate you for any inconvenience or
incidental expenses you might have incurred.
4. Tour cancellation - when
you cancel your tour If you wish to cancel your reservation, the cancellation
will only be effective from the date that we receive written notification by
email or fax of the cancellation. Irrespective of the reason, the following
cancellation charges will be levied:
a) If cancelled on the day of the tour: 100 % of the tour cost
b) If cancelled the day before or two days prior: 80 % of the tour cost
c) If cancelled three to seven days prior: 30 % of the tour
cost
d) Reservation for High season
(March, April,May, September,October,
November),
30% of the tour cost will be levied anytime
after the confirmation .
5. Your responsibilities Reservations are accepted on the
understanding that all persons traveling are normally in good health and able to
fulfill the physical demands of the chosen tour, and that clients appreciate the
risks associated with tours and that they undertake the tour at their own risk.
Please do not take risks while on tour. In the interests of safety, you must
follow the guidance provided by anybody on our behalf; comply with any local
codes of conduct, and act sensibly and prudently at all times.
I recommend you to have travel insurance,
so that your personal accident, medical
expenses and repatriation expenses will
be covered by the insurance.
Tour guide are not responsible for
any accidents or troubles which
clients may have due to client's
own circumstances.
6. Your
contract A binding contract between us comes into existence when we dispatch
a confirmation and invoice to the participant. Japanese law will apply to this
contract and to any dispute, claim or other matter of any description which
arises between us.
